Handcrafted Cashew Walnut Butter with Acacia Honey 200g
🥜 Made with 100g of cashews and 100g of walnuts, with a teaspoon of Acacia honey, in small batches. Cashews is well known for its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids while walnuts have high amount of omega-3 fatty acids, specifically alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and polyphenols. They also contain many vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, copper, magnesium, iron and Vitamin E. Acacia honey is a naturally low GI food (about 38) which does not significantly raise blood sugar level.
